1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "mba66" — refers to the mba66.one website together with all services, games and functions available on it.
• "Member" — any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account on the mba66 platform.
• "Account" — the unique profile created by a member after a successful registration process.
• "Withdrawable Balance" — the amount of cash in the account that is eligible for withdrawal, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum betting requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• "KYC Verification" — the Know Your Customer process to verify a member's identity through official documents including MyKad or passport.

2. Account Registration

To open an account at mba66, applicants must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be 21 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Be residing in an area that permits participation in online gambling activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a contractual agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion or restriction list enforced by mba66.
• Not have had a previous account terminated due to fraud or breach of terms.

Each individual is only allowed to hold one account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of balances.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. mba66 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of member information.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

mba66 accepts deposits and handles withdrawals through approved payment methods. All transactions are subject to the following minimum limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction, covering all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after the request is approved.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the same member's name. mba66 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts for any reason. All withdrawal requests are subject to security assessment and identity verification that may be carried out by our team.

Members are fully responsible for any charges or fees imposed by payment service providers. mba66 will not bear those costs unless otherwise stated in a related promotion.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

mba66 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions that must be fully complied with.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 with a balance of RM200 — the wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per member, account or household.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the stated wagering requirements.
• mba66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
• Once a member meets the wagering requirements, winnings from the bonus will be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Attempts to misuse bonuses through hedge betting, use of automated software or other methods deemed unfair will result in cancellation of the bonus and winnings.

5. Game Rules

The mba66 platform offers a variety of game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, esports, and table games. The general rules that apply across all categories are as follows:

• All game results are final upon completion of the relevant round.
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with mba66's internal dispute resolution policy.
• The use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• mba66 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection failures on the member's end.
• All game results generated by our system are based on a certified random number generator (RNG).

For sports and esports betting, confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the final binding price unless there is a clear technical error.

6. Member Conduct

mba66 expects all members to behave professionally and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to deceive the platform or other members.
• The use of offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language towards support staff or other players.
• Sharing an account or allowing third-party access to your account.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits (money laundering).
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Spreading false information about mba66 to the public.

A violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or account termination depending on the severity of the violation.

7. Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting mba66 customer service. Before closure is processed, any withdrawable balance will be transferred upon the member's request, subject to successful identity verification.

mba66 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A request from the relevant authorities pursuant to valid legal proceedings.
• As a result of a self-exclusion application submitted by the member.

8. Limitation of Liability

The mba66 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or delays.

mba66 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses arising from game results that are not in the member's favour.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from failures or cyberattacks beyond mba66's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third parties including game providers, banks, or payment service providers.

The maximum total liability of mba66 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

9. Amendments to Terms

mba66 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on mba66.one.

It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions from time to time to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance. Please contact our support team to initiate the account closure process.
